North Myrtle beach bans commercial pet sales  WVLT.TV

North Myrtle Beach city leaders passed an animal welfare ordinance this week that bans commercial businesses from selling cats and dogs.

Mark Thorne recorded a video of a snake that appears to be hanging out of the underside of a car as the vehicle passed by him on the highway.
